Buttermilk Biscuits
Frozen and easy to bake at home for fresh biscuits anytime you like. These are our full sized biscuits that we serve at markets and coffee shops around Pittsburgh. 6 per package
Disclaimer: Although our gluten-free biscuits and menu items are made and cooked using dedicated kitchen utensils and trays, they are prepared in the same facility as our wheat flour biscuits. We cannot guarantee that they are 100% free of gluten as there is always a possibility of trace amounts contacting food.
Cooking Instructions
- Keep biscuits in your freezer until you are ready to use them.
- Position rack in center of the oven and preheat to 475°.
- Remove desired number of biscuits from package and place on a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
- The sides of the biscuits should be touching so that they rise properly.
- Bake biscuits for 15 minutes, then lower oven temperature to 425° and continue baking an additional 10 minutes, check for doneness. If needed, continue baking until golden brown
